Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Profile Card Maker ("the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.
2. Description of the Service
The Service provides a free, browser-based profile and banner image editor. No sign-up is required, and image processing occurs on your device. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. The Service is provided as is without guarantees of specific results, compatibility, or uninterrupted operation.
3. Eligibility
You are responsible for complying with applicable laws and these Terms. Do not use the Service in a way that infringes others' rights. Children under 13 should use the Service only with parental consent.
4. User content
You are solely responsible for the rights, legality, and permissions for images, text, and fonts you upload, edit, or export. We do not store or host user content on our servers. When sharing JSON presets, you are responsible for their contents.
5. Prohibited conduct
The following are prohibited. Violations may result in access restrictions or legal action.
- Creating or distributing content that infringes copyright, publicity, trademark, or privacy rights
- Reverse engineering, bypassing, overloading, or abusing the Service or ad/measurement systems with automated traffic
- Generating invalid traffic or click manipulation (violates Google AdSense policy)
- Illegal, harmful, hateful, or fraudulent use
- Any conduct that harms service stability or infringes operator or third-party rights
6. Intellectual property
The editor UI, source code, and Profile Card Maker branding belong to the operator. You retain rights to images and text you create and export. Third-party open-source components remain under their respective licenses.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for data loss, device errors, export failures, third-party platform upload rejections, lack of animated GIF support on those platforms, or disputes arising from use of the Service, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence. As a free service, damages may be limited to direct out-of-pocket costs where allowed by law.
8. Changes and termination
We may change or discontinue the Service without prior notice. URLs may change due to hosting or domain moves; we will try to announce changes on the About page when possible.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms when laws or the Service change. The effective date on this page will be updated accordingly. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The latest Terms are always posted on this page.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Korea for the resolution of any such dispute.
